Welcome to the 73rd CSANZ Annual Scientific Meeting

Hosted by CSANZ Queensland

The 73rd Annual Scientific Meeting of the Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand and 49th Annual Scientific Meeting of the International Society for Heart Research (Australasian Section), will be held at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre from 14 - 17 August 2025.

The Scientific Program will include Named Lectures, concurrent sessions presented by world-renowned speakers across all cardiology themes including imaging, electrophysiology, genetics, heart failure, prevention, basic science and digital health.

Brisbane, the capital of Queensland, Australia, is known for many attributes including a beautiful climate, river and waterfronts, vibrant arts and cultural scene, sports, modern architecture and infrastructure. The city's food and café culture has been rapidly growing, offering a variety of local and international cuisine.

Brisbane is often celebrated for its laid-back and friendly atmosphere. It is also a gateway to Queensland’s famous tourist destinations, including the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and the Great Barrier Reef.
